TROIS

This Contemporary SERIES of Nombres (Zero - Neuf) are 36" x 24" and painted in Acrylic on Canvas. The positive Numeral shape in each of these is in soft marble textured tones. These are contrasted by bolder, deep, rich crystallized colours in the negative areas of the Numeral. By pushing the Numeral out to the edges of the canvas, the effect becomes an Abstract Minimalist Painting in which the Number shape becomes less obvious on first look.  This SERIES of Nombres is titled in French.
